ABOUT ME

Karmanyevadhikaraste ma phaleshu kadaachan (The Master to Arjuna)

I am a Doctoral Student in the area of Organizational Behaviour at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Prior to joining this programme, I have worked in different organizations across industrial segments. My last stint was with the Tata Steel Group in their Enterprise Risk Management Department. I have also been a part of the Business Development team of HCL Learning (a subsidiary of HCL Infosystems) and in addition to that, I was also in-charge of the West Singhbhum district (specifically, the blocks of Khuntpani, Goelkera, and Manoharpur) during my stint as a Management Trainee in the BASIX group.
I am a post graduate in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong and a graduate in Computer Science and Engineering from the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneswar. During my training and internship stints, I have learnt about different HR practices in the Agri-warehousing industry and maintaining profiles using the Microsoft Windows Server platform. I like participating in different community-related and society-related initiatives to do my bit for the society.

I love teaching and have been involved in several lectures and related activities in my corporate stint before starting my PhD. You can find me on Google Scholar & LinkedIn.

Apart from academic research which is my primary interest, I also indulge in experimenting with different kinds of teas and coffees.
